Changes and returns from Spain
We recommend that you carefully read the following document before requesting a change or a refund. In case of doubts, you can contact our customer service team by writing to info@mireiaplaya.com.
The client must return or directly deliver the product to Shoes Management SLU, at address C/SANT PERE MES ALT 18 PPAL 1 08003, Barcelona.
Ordered items can be changed / Return within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the product was delivered.
We recommend protecting the box with the same packaging we use for the shipment. In case you no longer dispose of the original packaging, you can use a similar one for the purchased item to arrive in perfect condition. If the item is returned in poorly conditions, Mireia Playà reserves the right to reject the request for change or return.
CHANGES
The client can request a free change for another model or size. You can contact us to info@mireiaplaya.com or leave a note inside the product box indicating that you are going to change you shoes and what model would you want. Mireia Playà reserves the right to reject changes for items that do not have stock.
We will send the new product to the customer once we have received the return of the previous product under appropriate conditions and the payment of the difference has been made in the case that the requested change has a higher price than the returned product.
In the event that the requested change has a lower value, the refund of the difference will be made. As an exception, during the sales, the refund of the difference in size changes of the same model will not be carried out.
Returns
You can request a refund of the purchased product. You can contact us to info@mireiaplaya.com or leave a note inside the product box that you are going to return indicating that you want a refund. In the case of requesting a refund, the return shipping costs of the product will be assumed by the customer. We will make the refund and we will send you a notification to your email after receiving the product in our office.
Steps to return your order.
OPTION 1: Manage the return on your account taking the package to a collection point. For this, you must follow the following steps:

- Indicate your zip code and the number of your order (do not forget to put the # at the beginning of the order number).
- Follow the instructions that will appear. During the process you can indicate if you want to make a refund or on the contrary change the size / model, and you can also leave us a message if you wish. Finally you can choose the delivery point that is most comfortable than the system will provide you with.
- Finished the process, you must print the label that has been created.
- Place a paper inside your package indicating your name and the order number, so we can identify the package when it arrives at our offices.
- Pack the product
- Paste the label to your package.
- Finally, you can take your package to the chosen delivery point so it arrives to our office as soon as possible.
If you use this option, the return shipping cost (€ 5) will be deducted from the refund.
OPTION 2: Request the package collection at your home. For this, you must follow the following steps:

- Fill in the Form fields and click on the 'Record' button. You will receive a confirmation of the collection request to your email.
- IMPORTANT: Place a paper inside your package indicating your name / order number and what you want to request: a change for another size / model or a refund.
- Pack the product
- Finally, deliver the package to the person who comes to pick it up at your address on the selected date and time. This person will take the label to paste on your package.
If you use this option, the return shipping cost (€ 5) will be deducted from the refund.
Option 3:
Send yourself the product to our offices through a carrier / messaging service selected by you.
We recommend selecting one that offers delivery with tracking number, in order to make sure that the package is not lost and secured. Shoes Management SLU is not responsible for the possible incidents/issues with the messaging / transport service selected by the client.
Place a paper inside your package indicating your name and the order number, so we can identify the package when you arrive at our offices.

Right of withdrawal
The buyer will have a period of fourteen days to desist, from the day that the client receives the product, without any penalty and without indication of the reasons.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal should be carried out by notification through telephone communication at 932687362, addressing the email info@mireiaplaya.com, sending its writing to our postal address C/ SANT PERE MES ALT 18 PP AL08003, BARCELONA, or a through the withdrawal form.

You may exercise the right of withdrawal within the period of 14 days established by law from the day following the date of a service contract or the day receiving a product.
In accordance with Article 102 and following of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, I hereby inform you that I withdraw from the contract of sale of the good/provision described above within the established term, for which I would be grateful if you would contact me through the contact details provided, to notify me that this request has been made.
