The client must return or directly deliver the product to SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU, at the address C/SANT PERE MES ALT 18 PRAL 1 08003, BARCELONA.


The purchased items can be returned within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the product was delivered.

We recommend protecting the box with the same packaging we use for the shipment. In case you no longer dispose of the original wrapper, you can use a similar one for the purchased item to arrive in perfect conditions. If the item is returned in poor conditions, Mireia Playà reserves the right to reject the request for a change or return.


European Union (excluding Spain)

We do not have Pick Up services outside of Spain, so you must send yourself the product to our offices through a carrier / messaging service selected by you. The return shipping costs are responsibility of the client and they will not be reimbursed. We will make the reimbursement of the value of the paid product when it arrives back in our office. We recommend selecting a messaging service that offers delivery with tracking number, to ensure that the package is not lost.

Place a paper inside your package indicating your name and the order number, so we can identify the package when it arrives to our offices.
