Conditions for change or return

Articles acquired in www.mireiaplaya.com  They can be returned whenever they are in perfect condition and have not been used.*

The deadline to initiate the return process is 15 days from the receipt of the product.

The article to be returned must be sent under the same conditions in which it was received (in its original box and in the same state in which it arrived). Protect the box with the same packaging that we use for the first leg, and in case you no longer have the original wrapping, you must replace it with a similar one to reach in perfect condition. *

*If the article is returned in poor condition, Mireia Playà reserves the right to reject the request for change or return.

 

Manage change or return

FROM SPAIN
The change/return system is very simple thanks to our integrated portal with express emails. In order to manage the return you must follow the following steps: 
  • Access the following website: https://mireiaplaya.shipping-portal.com/rp/
  • Indicate your postal code and the number of your order (do not forget to put # at the start of the order number). 
  • Follow the instructions that will appear. During the process you can indicate whether you want to return or on the contrary change the sizing/Model, and you can also leave us a message if you wish. Finally you can choose the most comfortable delivery point than the system will provide you. 
  • Finish the process, you must print the label that has been created, and also the withdrawal form that you will find below, duly completed. 
  • Now you can pack the product with the withdrawal form inside (remember that shoes/bags must be returned with their pertinent box) and paste the label to your package.
  • Finally you can take your package to the chosen delivery point to reach our offices as soon as possible. 
 
From another country
You must send your same to our offices through a carrier/messaging service that offers delivery number, in order to ensure that the package is not lost. 
Print and fill in the withdrawal form that you will find below and put it inside your package so that we can identify your change/return.

In case of being a change we will contact you when we have received the return return to confirm the availability of the new product and inform you of the new shipment. 

If you request a return, we will manage the reimbursement of the amount corresponding to your order as soon as possible and through the same payment system you used to acquire it. The cost of the amount of the return (€ 5), if done through our integrated platform, will be deducted from the total to be reimbursed.

May exercise the right of withdrawal within the period of 14 days established by law from the day following the date of a service contract or the day of receipt of a product.

In accordance with article 102 and following of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, I communicate that DESIST of the contract of sale of the good/provision described above within the established term, so I would appreciate it, contact me through the contact data provided, to notify me that this request has been proceeded.
