In the following table you can find information approximate on how to know what size corresponds to you, according to each country. This is a general guide and, therefore, we recommend consulting the exact plant length of each design that is indicated in cm in the description of each product.

In each product page you'll have the measurements that indicate the interior of the shoe. That means what the insole measures.

To choose you size you must compare this measure with the long inner of some shoes you already have. You should never compare this measure with the length of your foot. The footwear has to measure more than your foot to make you about space and do not hurt you.
