Conditions for change or return

The items acquired in can be returned whenever they are in perfect condition and have not been used. *

The deadline for starting the return process is 15 days from the reception of the product.

The article to return must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received (in its original box and in the same state it arrived). Protects the box with the same packaging we use for the return shipment, and in case you no longer dispose of the original packaging, you must replace it with a similar one to reach in perfect condition. *

* If the item is returned in poor condition, Mireia Playà reserves the right to reject the request for change or refund.

Manage a change or return


The change / return system is very simple thanks to our integrated portal with Express emails. In order to manage the refund you must follow the following steps:
  • Access the following website:
  • Indicate your zip code and the number of your order (do not forget to put the # at the beginning of the order number).
  • Follow the instructions that will appear. During the process you can indicate if you want to make a refund or on the contrary change the size / model, and you can also leave us a message if you wish. Finally you can choose the delivery point that is most comfortable than the system will provide you with.
  • Finished the process, you must print the label that has been created, and also the withdrawal form that you will find below, duly completed.
  • Now you can package the product with the withdrawal form inside (remember that shoes / bags, should be returned with your relevant box) and paste the label to your package.
  • Finally you can already take your package to the chosen delivery point to reach our offices as soon as possible.
From another country

You must send your MISMX the product to our offices through a carrier / messaging service that offers delivery with tracking number, in order to ensure that the package is not lost.

Print and fill out the withdrawal form that you will find below and put it inside your package so that we can identify your change / refund.

In case of a change we will contact you when we have received the return order to confirm the availability of the new product and inform you of the new shipment.

If you request a refund, we will manage the reimbursement of the amount corresponding to your order as soon as possible and through the same payment system you used to acquire it. The cost of the amount of the return (€ 5), if done through our integrated platform, will be deducted from the total to reimburse.

You may exercise the right of withdrawal within the period of 14 days established by law from the day following the date of a service contract or the day receiving a product.

In accordance with Article 102 and following of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, I hereby inform you that I withdraw from the contract of sale of the good/provision described above within the established term, for which I would be grateful if you would contact me through the contact details provided, to notify me that this request has been made.
